APC, today one of your technicians (Mark) attended my house for a termite treatment and a spider spray. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the way he conducted himself and the excellent way he explained what was going on, what he would do and the follow-up advice he provided. I felt he went the extra yards and left me with a very positive feeling for your company, the way you do business and the value for money you provide. I cant remember the last time I wrote a letter/email like this, it is rare to get good service enough to justify comment. Can you pass on my appreciation to Mark. Thanks and I hope we will do business again.
