I had pest control maintenance work done on Wednesday 15th January 2015 in Burwood Road, Balcatta and just wanted to say how wonderful the maintenance man was. I’m terrible with names and think he said Mark (my apologies to him if I’m wrong). He was extremely courteous, explained exactly what he was going to do and what he did once complete. I believe you should make time to reward good performance and service and just wanted to let you know that he did a wonderful job.
APC, today one of your technicians (Mark) attended my house for a termite treatment and a spider spray. I would like to pass on my appreciation for the way he conducted himself and the excellent way he explained what was going on, what he would do and the follow-up advice he provided. I felt he went the extra yards and left me with a very positive feeling for your company, the way you do business and the value for money you provide. I cant remember the last time I wrote a letter/email like this, it is rare to get good service enough to justify comment. Can you pass on my appreciation to Mark.
